Aunty Meg’s Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

125g butter

1c caster sugar

I tsp pure Broken Nose Vanilla extract

AND

1 tsp Broken Nose Ground Vanilla (for extra oomph)

1.5c self raising flour

Ipkt (250g) choc bits

Method

Blend butter and sugar in your mixer

Add vanilla

Add I egg and mix thoroughly

Stir in the flour until the mixture is doughy

Add most of the choc bits, reserving some to add to each cookie ball

Roll the cookie dough into small balls and place on a baking tray

Bake 10-15mins at 180 degrees – makes 40-50 small cookies

Don’t worry about storage – they will be gone before they are cooled!
